Title : System Analyst (FMS & Workflow) x 1 Salary :
 Requirement :
System Analyst (FMS & Workflow)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for technical solution design on Council’s enterprise services and business solution projects
• Ensure IT projects conforming to the Council's technical baseline, best practice, and architectural roadmap
• Liaise between in-house and vendors’ stakeholders on the data and application integration design and timeline
• Identify and evaluate on different solutions and technology selections for various projects
• Perform review and quality assurance on implemented architecture and application meeting the architectural and business requirements
• Establish a close partnership with business users and bridge the gap between business and technology
• Responsible for change requests on applications to meet new business needs
• Responsible for on-going support on applications, provide technical support, problem analysis, and propose solution
• Assist in system and database administration

Job Requirements:
• University degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
• Over 5-years experience in system support and application development
• Experience in application development using Oracle PL/SQL, T-SQL, .NET, JavaScript (Angular / React SPA), K2 Blackpearl workflow, GitLab CI, RESTful API, DevOPs and Linux experience is an advantage
• Able to perform feasibility study, analysis with minimal supervision. Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good at troubleshooting with strong analytical ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
